How do I place an order?
You need a partner/reseller code and to have a Partner or Reseller Agreement with us. Please visit our Partners Page or Resellers Page for more information.
Your partner code is unique and it is not to be shared outside your company.
1. Go to the order page
2. Select payment method and provide your Partner/Reseller Code:
3. Provide order details
Make sure the Product Edition matches the installed Confluence license. See Pricing FAQ for more details.
4. Provide your customer's contact information in the Technical Contact section:
5. Provide your own billing contact information in the Billing Contact section:
6. Provide your customer's Company Information section:
7. Proceed with the Payment Information
Depending of the payment method chosen, provide the required information.
8. Click continue:
9. Confirm and place your order
Make sure all the information is correct, yours and your customer's, and place the order.
