The plugin includes a default set of ready-to-use workflow templates. Administrators can create and manage workflows users can apply to a page or post. This demo illustrates how simple is to use them.

Workflows are managed by Space and Global administrators, who decide which workflow templates are available to users to apply to a page or post.

Administrators can also define Space Workflows, which apply to all the pages and posts within the space, without having to add the workflow to each page.
