Pricing is based on the Confluence license, e.g. a server running a 500 Users Confluence license requires an 500 Users License of Ad hoc Workflows. We welcome feedback and maintain a Pricing FAQ to help you understand better our licensing.

All license prices include 12 months of product support, which includes product fault diagnosis and rectification and software upgrades.
Professional licenses are identical to Commercial except they bundle 4 hours of Professional Onramp Support to get you up to speed.

Starter License

The Starter license has all the workflows functionality (Ad Hoc, Tasks, Templates) but only one Space-wide Workflow is permitted.

Community licenses

Where eligible for a community licenses, you can use the plugin for any purpose consistent with your eligibility, for any number of workflows.

Paid licenses

Paid licenses have no purpose restrictions. Check your license for limitations on the number of workflows supported.

Source Code licenses

Source Code Licenses are usually requested by our larger customers for code auditing, modification, or for business continuity purposes. Contact sales for details.

After the initial 12 months of updates and support included in a new license, you may renew your software maintenance for a further 12 months period.

  • Community and Open Source projects can use free licenses if eligible to use a Free Atlassian license.
