Resellers
Comalatech welcomes orders from resellers on behalf of end clients.
We ask that you first register with us, by sending an email to orders at comalatech.com, so we can provide you with a reseller code to expedite order processing. Please include the following information as you want it to appear on your invoice:
- Your company's name
- Your company's address
Ordering Information
- We do not offer any discounts to resellers and our current prices are listed here.
- You need to know the license size your client needs. The license size must match the license of the Confluence server(s) in which our plugin is going to run. For example, if you client has a 2000 Users license of Confluence, they will need a 2000 users license of the plugin.
- Quotes can be generated here by selecting the quote option and filling in the remaining fields. Note that quotes are only meant to formally provide the pricing information; when you are ready to make the purchase, then you have to place the actual order.
- All orders must be made through our online ordering system with your reseller code following these ordering instructions
- We do not accept purchase orders, however we do offer an order form field for your PO# that will then be included on our invoice for your reference only.
- We offer the following payment methods:
- Credit Card - Visa/Mastercard
- Cheque - only if drawn on a US or Canadian bank
- Bank Transfer - our bank information will be included in the invoice we issue
- There is no physical delivery of the product nor shipping costs
- Licenses are emailed to the technical contact on the order form. They are typically issued within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- For credit card payment - the license will be issued within 24 hours of the order.
- For bank transfers/cheque - the license will be issued within 24 hours of the funds arriving in our account. Please note that international bank transfers may take a few days before the funds arrive in our account.
- We are a wholly Canadian company, as such we do not have a VAT number.
