Workflow editor
To find the Workflow editor:
- On the Manage Workflows and Templates page, click the

OR - Click Tools, then Edit workflow.

Workflow Elements
| States | Different stages in the workflow, e.g. Draft,Ready,Published. |

| Approvals | Used to define named approval/rejections. |
| Tasks | Used to define activities on pages. Tasks are often create by users while working on pages; however, you may want to predefine a task in the workflow. |

| Markup | Advanced workflow features can only be edited through the wiki markup. |
