Edit workflows

You can edit:

  • Page Workflows
  • Workflow Templates
  • Space Workflows

You can edit through the workflow editor or directly through the workflow markup.

Workflow editor

To find the Workflow editor:

Workflow Elements

States Different stages in the workflow, e.g. Draft,Ready,Published.
Approvals Used to define named approval/rejections.
Tasks Used to define activities on pages. Tasks are often create by users while working on pages; however, you may want to predefine a task in the workflow.
[Chart] A visual layout of your workflow.
Triggers The page Adding Triggers does not exist.
Markup Advanced workflow features can only be edited through the wiki markup.
