Space and Confluence administrators can import workflows available from Comalatech's Ad hoc Workflows Repository. Workflows can be imported as Workflow templates to a Space or globally. From there, they can be used as templates available to all spaces.

Importing Workflows
You can import workflows to a Space or globally:

Importing
Imported workflows will appear as Workflow Templates. From there you can Manage workflows.
Restricting importing of workflows
Confluence administrators can restrict what Space administrators can import workflows by setting the importers group in the Security section of the plugin's configuration:
