You can define the workflows that are applied to all pages and blog posts in the space, or create Workflow Templates (templates for sequences of states, approvals, tasks and rules) that you want to be available for future use.
Who can manage workflows?
Only Space and Confluence Administrators can manage workflows.
- Space administrators can save page workflows as workflow templates to be available to other pages in the space. They can also make them Space Workflows to be the only active workflow on all the pages of the space.
- Confluence administrators can promote existing workflow templates to make them global. A Global Workflow Template is available to pages in any space.
Access Workflows and Templates
- Click Browse > Space Admin.
