Our new release works on both Confluence 3.5 and 4.0

Confluence 4.0
If you have installed a beta version of 3.2, you will need to restart the server after installing the latest version

Upgrade

If you are using version 3.1 or older of the plugin, see the Upgrade instructions.

What's new?

User Experience Improvements

  • User interface improvements make Ad hoc Workflows easier to use so it's simpler to integrate tasks and approvals into your day-to-day content collaboration
  • Easier to select from the pre-set workflows

Tasks Improvements

  • Copying a block of text and hitting Tasks will result in a set of tasks being created, one task for each line in the block
  • Tasks can now be removed
  • Tasks can be accessed while in the editor (Confluence 4.0)

Other Improvements

  • Approvals can now be assigned to any user (using the assignable=true parameter)
  • Improved email notification. Notifications for Tasks, Page and Approval Assignments are now sent by default.
  • Better reporting for approvals

Interoperability with Scroll Wiki Exporters

  • K15t's Scroll Wiki Exporters facilitate publishing sets of content to PDF, Microsoft Word, iPad and IPhone, and many other formats. The Scroll Wiki Exporters now detect Ad hoc Workflows for an option to export only versions of pages marked published.

Other changes

  • Internet Explorer supported versions are 8 and 9
  • Task Types have been eliminated in this version. Please contact us if this causes you concern.
