Ad hoc Workflows 3.1

Workflows User's Guide

Once you have installed the latest version of Ad hoc Workflows, check out the Workflows User's Guide to find out how to use ad hoc workflows and workflow templates.

Learn how to work with workflows. See how easy it is to add a workflow to a page or blog, or change the state or assign a page. You can add a task to a page or blog as you work, then save that workflow to use again. When you're ready to do some fancy stuff, learn how to edit workflows.

Have a process in mind you want to incorporate into Confluence? You can import ready-to-use workflows for specific processes from the Workflows Exchange.

Finally, use the different Workflow Reports to view tasks and pages throughout the different stages.

Workflows Administrator's Guide

In this guide, Administrators get support for managing workflows and templates on a space. Find out how to define how to apply a workflow to all pages and blog posts in the space, and how to create a list of workflow templates that users can apply to a page or blog in a single space or on all spaces.

Workflows Authoring Guide

Ready to customize or create sophisticated workflows? Learn how to edit workflows or have a look at these tutorials.
